Facility: Long Term Care Facility
Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Job Description: Join our team as an RN Supervisor at our Long Term Care facility in Utica, NY! We're seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to oversee our nursing staff and ensure exceptional care for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff during the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift.
• Provide high-quality care to residents with multiple sclerosis, orthopedic conditions, dementia, and in memory care.
• Utilize PointClick Care EMR for accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for resident care plans.
• Support and mentor nursing staff.

Qualifications:

• NY RN license and BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in long-term care.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements:

• COVID vaccination required; no exemptions accepted.

Facility Details:

• 40 bed unit.
